The product was damaged or defective upon delivery
You received the wrong item or quantity
The product packaging was tampered with or broken at the time of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:
The seal of the bottle or packaging has been broken after delivery
The product has been opened or partially consumed
The return request is made more than 48 hours after delivery
The product was purchased on clearance or part of a promotional bundle
If your order meets the return criteria:

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect/damage.
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back (depending on your location).

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
In case of prepaid orders, we will refund the full amount including shipping charges (if applicable).
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement for the damaged/incorrect product at no extra cost.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return as per the above policy.
