2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched or customized, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom/Personalized Orders:

  • These cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are specially created for you.


3. Refund Policy

  • Approved cancellations made within the time limit will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If the order was already shipped, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

  • If the delivery is refused or address is incorrect, refund eligibility will be decided at our discretion.

Damaged / Incorrect Product:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

  • After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your preference.


4. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made in full before dispatch of goods.

  • We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).

  • We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card information.

  • In case of failed transactions or duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.
